Joseph is a solicitor and a car enthusiast who was recently named the Times newspaper's 'Lawyer of the Week'. He has acted in a number of cases which have attracted national attention, and has written for motoring publications such as Performance Car, and the Sunday Mirror’s motoring section. He is regularly asked to provide expert legal commentary for various national TV, radio and printed media outlets.

Joseph's garage includes a classic air-cooled Porsche 911, and a race prepared Porsche 944, which he has taken to the Grand Prix circuit at Silverstone, and Germany’s infamous Nürburgring track. He of course has a more sensible car for work.

His attitude is non-judgmental and sensitive. Joseph explains: 'Driving can be fun and indeed a necessity in life, but the worry or injustice felt at going to court can feel horrible. It is our job to make the process easier, and at every opportunity to fight for the result on behalf of our client.'
